Budget Discussion

Membership Fees are $1,000 per member with a total of 15 members:

Lease and insurance        $11,679.00 

Corn                                   1,500.00

Electric                               1,000.00

Big Buck Contest                   340.00

                    Total                    $14,519.00

Total Membership Dues $15,000.00

*This budget doesn’t include maintenance on our public feeders therefore it is important to collect our guest fees during the year.*

New Business Discussed

-         Guest Fees increased to $50.00

-         New Trophy Fee - $200.00 fee with a maximum of one

-         Horn Rules – One buck of choice and two bucks must have forked horns on one side

-         Archery season – Ten does ONLY per season – you will be notified when the limit has been met

-         If limit has not been reached – opportunity for women and children who have not harvested a deer will be given on doe week in general gun season to attain that limit

-         Any does under 50 lbs harvested will be a $200.00 fine

-         Assigned monthly maintenance of feeders – all members to participate within first 10 days of the month

-          

Comments

-         Jeff Taylor donated $250.00 which went towards our annual club meal and towards corn for the public feeders during summer months.

-         Ira Page donated his big buck prize money towards materials for the bear-proof feeders

-         Luis Oliver donated his time to put together the steel hangers for the feeders

-         Vernon Stephens donated the gates needed for the property
